ORDER
S.O. 571
(a) the enactments specified in the Third Schedule to the said Act stmll not apply to the industrial under- taking known as Messrs, Ancillary Industries (Forgings) Private Limited, Calcutta; and
fb) the operation of all contracts, assurances of pro- perty, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force to which the said industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before the date of pub- lication of that Order in the Official Gazette, and all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereupder before the said date, shall remain suspended upto the 26th September, 1976;
And where the duration of the said Order was further
extended upto the 26th September, 1978;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that tho duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( l )f read with sub-section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby extends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 26th September, 1979.
