NOTIFICATION

8.O.573(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commisaions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby extends the term of the Commission of Inquiry (relating to Emergency Ex- cesses) appointed by Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs S.O. 374(E) dated 28th May, 1977, for a further period till the 31st December. 1978.
