NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th September, 1978

S.O. 577(E),—In exercise of Ihe powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), ihe Central Government here- by makes the following amendment in the No:ification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S.O. 389(E) dated - the 9th June, 1977 (relating to the Commission of Inquiry on the Nagarwalu Affairs), read with this Ministry's Notification S.O. No: 871(E) dated the 31st December, 1977 and S.O. No. 1964 dated (he 24th June, 1978, namely :—

In para 4 of the said notification for words and figures "On or before the 30th day of September, 1978" the words and figures "On or be- fore the 31st day of October, 1978" shall be substituted.
