New Delhi> the 29th September, 1978

S.O. 582(E).—In exercise of the (lowers conferred by section 15 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Centtal Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Gov- ornTiettt of India in the Ministry of Industry /(Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) N.>. S.O. 462(E) dated the 22nd July, 1978, namely :—

In the said Order, for the last paragraph, the. following paragraph shall be

substituted, namely :—

"The above body shall submit its report to the Central Government before
