सा० का ० नि० 481 ( अ) -केन्द्रीय सरकार पुरावशेष एवं बहुमूल्य कलाकृति अधिनियम , 1972 ( 1972 का 52 ) की धारा 15 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए शिक्षा और समाज कल्याण ( भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण ) मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं ० सांग का० नि० 282 ( ६० ) , दिनांक 5 अप्रैल, 1976 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:--
कथित अधिसूचना में, निम्नलिखित तालिका में:--
1. ( 1) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:--
"श्री अजय सिन्हा" ;
( 2 ) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 5 के सामने प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्न- लिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:--
"डा० सन्जुग प्रसाद सिंह " ;
( 3) कालंम 2 में , क्रम संख्या 6 के सामने प्रविष्टि के लिए , निम्न- लिखित प्रविष्टि प्रप्तिस्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:--
"डा० ( श्रीमती) माधवी अग्रवाल"
(4) कांलम 3 में क्रम संख्या 12 के राामने , प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी:--
" उत्तर प्रदेश का अलाहाबाद प्रवेश अलाहाबाद, इटावा, फरूखाबाद , फतहपुर और कानपुर जिले" ;
(5) कांलम 3 में क्रम संख्या 13 के सामने, शब्द " मण्डल " के लिए शब्द ' प्रदेश ' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ;
(6) क्रम संख्या 15 के सामने ,
(क ) कांलम 2 में, प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्था पित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:-
"श्री कृष्ण कुमार" ;
(ख) कांलम 3 में प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रति- स्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:--
"उत्तर प्रदेश का बाराणसी प्रवेण; उत्तर प्रदेश के वारा- णसी, बलिया , गाजीपुर , जौनपुर और मिर्जापुर जिले । " ;
(7) कांलम 3 में क्रम संख्या 16 के सामने ' मण्डल ' के लिए पाब्व "प्रवेश " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ;
(8) कॉलम 3 में क्रम संख्या 17 के सामने प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ; अर्थात्:--
"उत्तर प्रवेश का बरेली प्रवेश बरेली बदायूं, पीलीभीत और पिथौरगढ़ जिले । " ;
(9) क्रम संख्या 18 के सामने,

(क) कोलम 2 में, प्रविष्टि के लिए , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रति- स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात्:--
"श्री राम शंकर" ;
( ख) कांलम 3 में, प्रविष्टियों के लिए , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रति-
स्थापित की जाएगी , अर्थात्:--
" उत्तर प्रदेश का फैजाबाद प्रदेश फैजाबाद, महराइक , बाराबंकी, गोंडा , प्रतापगढ़ और सुल्तानपुर । " ;
(10) कांलम में क्रम संख्या 35 के सामने प्रविष्टि के लिए
निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्: -
"महाराष्ट्र के ग्रेटर बम्बई और थाना जिले । " ;
(12) कांलम 3 में श्रत्म संख्या 39 के सामने प्रविष्टि के लिए
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी , प्रर्थात्:--
"महाराष्ट्र के औरंगाबाद, परमानी , नान्दीड़ , उस्मानाबाद और बीवीजिले । ;
(13) क्रम संख्या 42 के सामने,
(क ) कांलम 2 में , प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रति-
स्थापित की आएगी, प्रर्थात्:--
"श्री पी० डब्ल्यू० घाटे । " ;
(ख) कालम 3 में, प्रविष्टि के लिए निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रति- स्थापित की जाएगी, अर्थात:-
"संपूर्ण मेथालय और बन्द्रपुर का जिला । " ;
( 14) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 44 के सामने प्रविष्टि के लिये
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी, अर्थात्
"श्री डी० एफ ० बेरोट" ;
( 15) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 74 के सामने, प्रविष्टि के लिये
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी , अर्थात्:--
"श्रीमती अरविन्द कौर";
( 16) शालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 76 के सामने, प्रविष्टि के लिए
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी , अर्थात्:--
"श्री प्यारा सिंह"
( 17) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 80 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के लिये
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी, अर्थात्:-
"श्री एस ० के ० बाजपेयी" ;
(18) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 81 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के लियें निम्न-
लिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी, प्रर्थात्:-
"श्री जे० पी० जैन" ;
( 19 ) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 87 के सामने , प्रविष्टि के लिये
निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी , अर्थात्:--
"श्रीं जी०एस ० गुप्ते" ;
(20) कालम 2 में क्रम संख्या 88 के सामने, प्रविष्टि के लिये निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जायेगी अर्थात्:--

ORDER
New Delhi , the 30th September , 1978
G.S.R. 481 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15 of the Antiquities and Art Treasures Act, 1972 (52 of 1972) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Education and Social Welfare (Archaeological Survey of India) No. G.S.R. 282 ( E) , dated the 5th April , 1976 , namely :-
In the said notification , in the Table ,
1. ( i) against Sl . No. 4, in column 2, for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
" Shri Ajoy Sinha " ;
(ii ) against Sl . No. 5 , in column 2 , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
"Dr. Sanjug Prasad Singh " ;
( iii) against Sl . No. 6 , in column 2 , for the entry , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"Dr. ( Smt .) Madhvi Agarwal " ;
(iv) against S. No. 12 , in column 3 , for the entries. the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"Allahabad Region of Uttar Pradesh; Allahabad, Etawah , Farrukhabad, Fatehpur and Kanpur Districts" ;
(v) against Sl . No. 13 , in column 3 , for the word "Division", the word "Region " shall be substituted;
(vi ) against Sl . No. 15 ,-
