EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

Subject.—Export Policy of Fish Meal for the period 1978-79.

File No. 1/2/78/EL—Attention is invited to the Export Policy of

Fish Meal indicated against S. No 7(v) of Policy Statement given on page 13 pf Export Policy, 1978-79, read with Public Notice No, 22-ETC(PN)/78 dated 24th April, 1978.

2. On a review of the situation, it has been decided that the existing entry in Col. 3 against S. No, 7(v) page 13 of Export Policy, 1978-79, shall be sub- stituted as under :—

"(i) Fish meal with protein content 60 per cent or above, will be allowedfor export freely without any quantitative restriction, (ii) Fish meal with protein content 50 per cent or above but less than 60 per cent, will be allowed within a limited ceiling."
