का. आ. 588( ई). केन्द्रीय सरकार का समाधान हो गया है कि लोक.हित में ऐसा अपेक्षित हैं कि संघ राज्य क्षेत्र के अन्दर अस्पतालों और औषधालयों की सेवाओं के, जिनके लिए केन्द्रीय सरकार औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम, 1947 (1947 का 14) की धारा 2(क) (1 ) के अधीन संबंधित सरकार हैं, जिन्हें उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची में प्रविष्टि 9 व्वारा शामिल किया गया है , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए लांक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित किया जाना चाहिए ।
अतः , अब, औद्योगिक विवाद अधिनियम 1947 ( 1947 का 14 ) ही धारा 2 के खंड ( क) के उपखंड (6 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का ' करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार अस्पतालों और औषधालयों में 'ओं को उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिए तत्काल छह मास की कालावधि के लिए लोक उपयोगी सेवा घोषित

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 6th October , 1978
S.O. 588 (E ) . Whereas the Central Government is satisfied that the public interest requires that services in the hospitals and dispensaries within the Union Territory of Delhi , for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government under Section 2 (a) ( i ) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Act 14 of 1947 ) , which are covered by entry 9 in the First Schedule to the said Act , should be declared to be public utility services for the purposes of the sald Act ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause ( vi ) of clause ( n) of Section 2 of the Industrial Disputes Act , 1947 (Act 14 of 1947 ) , the Central Govern- ment hereby declares with immediate effect the said services in hospitals and dispensaries to be public utility services for the purposes of the said Act for a period of six months .
