S. O. 598(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) or article 77 of the Constitution, the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, namely :—
1. (1) There ntkp may be called the Authentication ("Orders and other Instruments) Fourth Amendment Rules, 1978.
(2) They slsall co:ne into force on the date of their publication in the Office Gazeiie.
2. In the schedule to the Authentication (Orders and other Instruments) Rules, 1958, under the heading "DEPARTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL DEVE- LOPMENT",—
(i) For the existing entry in column 1, the entry " 1, Office of the Development Commissioner, Small Scale Industries" shall be substi- tuted ;
(ii) after the existing entry the following entry shall be inserted, namely :—
"2. All India Handicrafts Board.
Development Commissioner for Handicrafts/Joint-Director (Marketing)".
