ORDER

New Delhi, the 23rd October, 1978

S. O. 606(E)./18A/TDRA/78.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in tho Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S, O. 13(E) dated the 3rd lanuary, 1974, namely :—

ID the said Order, for serial Nos. 2 and 3 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely :—

"2. Shri A. S. Puri,

General Manager (Planning), Bombay Local Head Office, State Bank of India.

3. Shri H. S. Mehta,

Life Insurance Corporation of India, Bombay."
