New Delhi, the 25th October, 1978

CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 509 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1 V) of section 75 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Govern- ment hereby declares that the whole of the material specified in the Table annexed hereto as is contained in the goods manufactured in India and exported outside India shall, for the purpose of sub-section (!) of said section 75, be deemed lo be imported material.
