New Delhi, the 26th October, 1978

S.O. 613(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (18 of 1947), tho Central Govern- ment hereby rescinds the notification No. 15/4/61-EI dated the 15th Decem- ber, 1962 regarding prohibition on import and export trade with Tibet region of China.
