INCOME-TAX

S.O. 614(E).—In pursuance of. clause (b) of ihe Explanation to section 72A of the Income-tax Art, 1961 (43 of 1961), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. S.O. 7I0(H) tkited the 11th October, 1977, namely :—

In the said notification, for item 4 and the'entries relating thereiu, ilic

following shall be substitnted, namely :—

"4. Secretary, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Govern-

ment of India.".
