NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th October, 1978
S.O. 616(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Dock Workers (Advisory Com- mittee) Rules, 1962, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri D. S. Bose as a member of the Dock Workers Advisory Committee vice Shri K. P. Gorsia and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S. O. 2626, dated the 6th August, 1977, namely :—
In the said notification, under the heading "Members representing employers of dock workers and shipping companies" against item 2, for the entry "Shri K. P. Gorsia", the entry "Shri D. S. Bose" shall be substituted.
