सा०का० नि० 513 ( प्र) केन्द्रीय सरकार, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क भौर नमक अधिनियम , 1944 ( 1944 का 1) की धारा 3 की उप- बारा ( 2 ) भौर ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , और भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सख्या 2/78 केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क, तारीख 6 जनवरी, 1978 को अधिक्रान्त करते हुए , इससे उपाबद्ध सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) मे विनिर्दिष्ट भौर उक्त अधिनियम की प्रथम अनुसूची की मव संख्या 22 की उपमव ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल्यानुसार शुल्क से प्रभार्य हाथ से बने प्रसंस्कृत कपड़ो के लिए , उक्त सारणी के , यथास्थिति, स्तंभ ( 3 ) या स्तभ (4) मे की तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि में विनिर्दिष्ट टैरिफ मूल्य नियत करती है ;
परस्तु इस अधिसूचना की कोई बात,
(क) ल्यूरिक्स (घात्विक या प्लास्टिक ) तन्तु युक्त हाथ से बने प्रर्धस्कृत कपड़े पर तब लागू नही होगी जब ल्यूरिक्स (घात्विक या प्लास्टिक) तन्तु की माता कपड़े के कुल भार के 15 प्रतिशत से अधिक हो;
( क) हाथ से बने प्रसंस्कृत कपड़े के टुकड़ों ( फेंट्स ) और चीथड़ो को लागू नहीं होगी ।

G.S.R. 513(E )-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- sections (2) and (3 ) of section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , and in supersession of the notification of theGovernment of India in the Ministry of Finance ( Department of Revenue) No.2/ 78- Central - Excises , dated the 6th January, 1978 , the Central Government hereby fixes for processed man made fabrics , specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed and chargeable with duty ad valorem under sub - item ( 1 ) of Item No.22 of the First Schedule to the said Act , the tariff values specified in the corresponding entry in column (3 ) or column (4) , as the case may be , of the said Table:
