G.S.R. 517(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), No. 114/78- Central Excises, dated the 1st May, 1978, namely :—
NOTIFICATIONS
In the said notification, for paragraph 2, the following
paragraph shall be substituted, namely :—
New Delhi, the 30th October, 1978
"2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive
of the 31st day of March, 1979."
