NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 30th October, 1978
G. S. R. 520(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11, and with sub-sections (1) and (6) of section 3, of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri M. Kalyanasundaram, M.P. as a labour representative of the Madras Port Trust Board, vice late Shri A.S.K., and makes the. following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. PTB-25/76-M. Ill, dated the 30th March, 1977, namely :—
In the said notification, in the entry against serial number 10, for the word and letters "Shri A.S.K.", the word and letters "Shri M. Kalyanasundaram, M. P.," shall be substituted.
