S.O. 623(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 410 of ihe Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby constitutes ;in Advisory Committee consisting of the following persons as members, namely ;—
1. Shrl Lala Charat Ram.
2. Shri B. L. Kabra.
3. Shri V. KalyanaramaD.
4. Shri N. G. Choudhuri.
The members) of the Advisory Committee shall hold office for a period of
two years with effect from 1st November, 1978
