ORDER

S. O. 625(E) .—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976, (13 of 1976), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue and Banking (Revenue Wing) No. S. O. 840(E) [No. 2/Admn. (6)/76-Safema] dated the 30th December, 1976, namely :—

In the Table below the said notification, in column (1), for the words and letters "Shri D. N. Pande", the words and letters "Shri T. A. Balakri- shnan" shall be substituted.
