NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 2nd November, 1978

S.O. 627(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 of the Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 3 of the Dock Workers (Advisory Com- mittee) Rules, 1962, the Contral Government hereby appoints Shii M. Kalyana- SdBdauim, MP, as a member of the Dock Workers Advisory Committee vice Shri A. S. K. who died on the 27th June, 1976 and makes the following amend- ment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 2626, dated the 6tl; August, 1977, namely :—

In the said notification, under the heading "Members representing the dock workers", against item 5, for the entry "Shri A.S.K.'', the eatrv "Shri M. KalyatiaiiundBratn, M.P," shall be substituted.
