Section 166
Provision of this section shall not apply to the said industrial under taking. It shall, however, file its statutory returns and balance sheets with the Registrar of Companies. The exemption will not affect the provisions of section 159(1) of the Companies Act, 1956.
Section 169
Provisions of this section shall not apply
to the said industrial undertaking.
Section 210(1)

Provisions of this sub-section shall not apply to the said industrial undertaking. It shall, however, file its stututory re- turns mid balance sheets with tho Re- gistrar of Companies. The exemption will not aflect the provisions of section 159 (1) of tho Companies Act, 1956.

S.O. 632(E),/18E/lDKA/78.-Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 267(EJ/18AA/IDRA/78 dated the 13th April, 1978, issued under section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government has authorised the Industrial Recon- struction Corporation of India Limited, Calcutta, to take over the management of Messrs. Sri Dugra Cotton Spinning and Weaving Mills Limited, Konnagar, District Hooghly, West Bengal (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertak- ing) for the period specified therein;
