HXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 633 (E).—No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(75) :—Jn exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (] 8 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :-••
1, This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Forty-
lirst Amendment Order, 1978.
2, Jn the Exports (Control) Order, 1977 —
(a) In Part 'A', Schedule I, the following entry appearing
against S. No. 45 shall be deleted :—
'"Quinine, Quinine products and cinchona alkaloids against S. No. 50 shall be substituted by the following ;—
"50(i)—Cinchona mixed alkaloids and cinchona salts after extraction of quinine and quinidine and salts thereof.
50(ii)—Quinidine Sulphate
50(iii)—Quinine and Quinine Products".
3. In OOL-3, the existing entry appearing against S. No, 61
shall be substituted by the following :—
