ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th November, 1978
EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
No- E(C)O, 1977/AM(76) .--In exerciso of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947, (13 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Hxpoils (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Forty-second Amendment
Order, J978.
2. In Ihe Exports (Control) Order, 1977, in Schedule 111 in OGL-3, the following
item shall be added after S.No.63 ;—

64, Live Buffaloes i.e. Female buffa- loes (only culls) and male buffa- loes not used for breeding and draught purposes.
Export allowed upto 31-3-79 subject to minimum export price (f.O.B.) of Rs.3.50 per kg. of live weight and other conditions as may be laid down.
