No. 6/215/78-EPC—-Attention is invited to para 206(b) in Chapter 21 of Import Policy, 1978-79 published under the Department of Commerce Pub- lic Notice No. 22-ITC(PN)/78 dated the 3rd April, 1978, according to which the last date for submission of REP applications by Registered Exporters against exports made during January 1978—March 1978 quarter wai 30th September, 1978.
2. On the ba"is of representations received, it has been decided to extend
the said last date upto 18th November, 1978.
