MEDICINAL AND TOILET PREPARATIONS

G.S.R. 529(E).—In exercise of tho powers conferred by section 19 of the Medicinal and Toilet Preparations (Excise Duties) Act, 1955 (16 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes ihc following rules further to amend the Medicinal and Toilet Preparation™ (Excise Duties) Rules, 1956, namely :—•

1. This rule may be called the Medicinal and Toilet Preparations (Excise

Duties) (Second Amendment) Rules, 1978.

2. In rule 68 of the Medicinal and Toilet Preparations (Excise Duties)

Rules, 1956, sub-rule (5) shall be omitted,
