New Dolhi, the 7th November, 1978
G.S.R. 530(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Rice-Milling Industry (Regulation) Act, 1958 (21 of 1958), the Centinal Govern- ment hereby directs that Lhc powers exerclseablo by it tinddr section 5 of the said Act, in relation to No. 4 huller rice mills and chira mills in the State of Kerala, shall be exercisable also by the District Collectors in that State within their respective jurisdiction.
