ORDER

New Delhi, the 16th November, 1978

S.O. 561(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and in partial modification of the notified order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S.O. 565(E) dated the 20th September, 1974, the Central Government hereby authorises Sbri A.K Johri, Deputy General Manager, Messrs. Burn Standard Company Limited. Calcutta, to take over the management of the whole of Messrs. Arthur Butler & Company (Mozufferpore) Limited, Mrmiffarpur (Bihar) in addition to his duties as Authorised Controller for Messrs. Britannia Engineering Works, Mokameh (Bihar).
