ORDER

New Delhi, the 16th November, 1978

S.O- 652(E).—In exercise of Ihe powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18FA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and in partial modification of the notification of the Government of India, in the late Ministry of Industrial Development S.O: 411(E) dated the 3rd July, 1974 the Central Government hereby appoints and authorises Shri A. K. Johri, Deputy General Manager, Messrs. Burn Standard Company LimiLed, Calcutta, to take over the management of Messrs. Brilannin Engineering Works (Wagon Division) Mokameh, subject to the same terms and conditions referred to in the notification mentioned above.
