ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th November, 1978
G.S.R. 556(E).—In exercise of tho powers conferred by section 3 of the Essen- tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following order to amend the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, namely:—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Amend-
ment Order, 1978.
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official
Gazette.
2. In tho Schedule to the Fertiliser (Movement Control) Order, 1973, after serial No. 55, and the entry relating thereto, the following serial Nos. and entries shall be inserted, namely:—
