New Delhi, the 18th November, 1978
CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 558(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary id the public interest so to do, hereby make* the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, in the Department of Revenue and Banking No, 130-Customs dated 1st July, 1977, namely :—
In the said notification,—
(a) for the mods "and piss". Iho words. "Pigs, angora rabbits and
ducklings" shall bo substituted ;
(b) in the proviso, in items (1) and (4), for the word "animals", ih"
words "animals and birds" shall be substituted.
