F, No, 2/22/78-EJ.—Attention is invited to the Exports (Control) Order, 1977/ A,.M.(79) dated the 25th November, 1978, on the above subject,
2. The following amendment shall be made under S.No.68 "Raw Cotton" item No. 2 there under viz. "Miscellaneous Fibre" at page 27, Section II of Export Policy; 1978r79.
(a) The existing sub-entries (if, (ti), (-hi),
numbered as (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) and (vi) respectively.
(b) The following n*w sub-entry with-its ikensirtg jpol-icy shall be inserted us
under: —

"68.2(i) Staple Cotton
Export will be allowed under O.G.L.3, wibject to the following conditions;— 1. Against allocation and registration certificate issued by the Textile Commissioner.
2, Certificate regarding quality/quantity of staple cotton intended for export issued by Texiile .Commissioner's Appeal Committee."
