Subject: Export Policy 1978-79.
F. No 10/2/78-E. II.—Attention is invited to the Exports (Control) Order No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(80) dated the 29th November, 1978, pertaining to export of Molasses and Ethyl Alcohol or rectified spirit of any proof degree, whether de- natured or not.
2. The following amendments shall be made in Section D at page 18 of Export Policy 1978-79 :—
(i) Against S. No. 35, "Molasses", the existing provision made in column 3 shall be substituted as under :—
"Export will be allowed under OGL-3 on production of clearance certificate issued by the State Commis- "Export will be allowed under OGL-3 on production of clearance certificate issued by the State Commis- sioner of Excise of the State in which the product to be exported has been produced,"
3. Export of products mentioned in paragraph 2(i) and (ii) above will be allowed only for shipments to be made on or before 31st March, 1979, without any grace period what- soever and no export shall be allowed for shipment to be made after 31st March. 1979 even in fulfilment of firm commit- ments, if any, claimed to have been made on or before 31st March, 1979.
