CENTRAL EXCISES
G.S.R. 568 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (1) of rule 8 of the Central Excise Rules, 1944, the Central Government hereby exempts triple super phosphate, falling under Item No. 14 HH of the First Schedule to the Central Excise and Salt Act, 1944 (1 of 1944), from so much of the duty of excise leviable thereon as is in excess of seven find a half per- cent ad valorem.
2. This notification shall be in force upto and inclusive of the 30th day
of November, 1979.
