S.O. 697(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 3 of the Imports & Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to O.G.L. No. 8/78 issued under Order No. 14/78, dated the 3rd April, 1978 and O.G.L. No. 5/78 issued under Order No. 11/78 dated the 3rd April, 1978, as amended by Order No. 27/78, dated the 2nd September, 1978.

(1497) 898 G.I./78 1498 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] (iii) Rapeseed oil/seeds. 2. In O.G.L. No. 8/78, item No. 2 in the Schedule there- to, and Condition No. (3), shall be deleted (iv) Palm Oil (all types—including Palmoleine), Palm seeds; and

3. In O.G.L. No. 5/78, in the Schedule thereto :—

(a) Entry No. 45 shall be read as under :—

(v) Safflower oil/Safflower (Kardi) seeds."

(b) Entry No. 51 shall be read as under :—

"53. Soyabean oil/seeds."

"51. (i) Groundnut oil/seeds.
