PUBLIC NOTICE

New Delhi, the 4th December, 1978

No, DRABACK/PN-50/78.—Under rule 4 of

1. Under sub-serial Noa. 1103 and 1122, the following Note shall be

inserted, namely :— "Note :—The above rate of drawback Ii exclusive of drawback on

packing materials used, if any.".

2. Under sub-serial No. 1110, the following Note shall be inserted,

namely :—

"Nole :•—The rale of drawback In respect of item (ii) above is

exclusive of drawback on packing materials used, if any.".
