New Delhi, the 4th Decembor, 1978 G.S.R. 570(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 28 of the Foieign Marriago Act, 1969 (33 of 1969), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Foreign Marriage Rules, 1970, namely :—
