ORDER
New Delhi, the 4th December, 1978
S.O. 698(E).—Whtreas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industial Development No. S.O. 779(E) dated the 11th Decem- ber, 1973 (hereinafter referred to ns the said Order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Bally unit of Messrs. Abrasives and Castings Limited, Calcutta, had been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of tho 10th December, 1978;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it u in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period of one year;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to sub- section (2) of section 18AA of the industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 10th December, 1979.
