NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December, 1978
S.O. 699(E)/ESS. COMM/IRON & STEEL-2A.-—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 2A of the Iron and Steel (Control) Order, 1956 and in partial modification of the Notification No. S.O. 709(E)/ESS. COMM/IRON & STEEL-2A, dated the 17th December, 1975, the Central Government hereby declared that clause 7 of the said Order shall also apply to the following cate- gories of iron and yteel specified in the Schedule annexed to the said Order, namely :—
(i) Billets,
(ii) Heavy structural (Including heavy sections of Joists, channels and
angles),
(iii) Light structurals (including light sections of Joists, channels, angles,
tees and light rails of 30 lbs and under),
(iv) Plates (Shipbuilding),
