NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, tho 8th Docember, 1978
G.S.R. 574 (K). —In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951) read with rule H of the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indian Administra- tive Service (Pay) Rules, 1954, namely:—
1.(1) These rules may bs called the Indian Administrative Service (Pay) Thirteenth Amendment Rules, 1978.
(2) They shall come into force on tho date of their publi- cation in the official Gazette.
2. fn the fndian Administrative Service (Pay) Rules, 1954,
(a) In Schedule I1I-A posts carrying pay abovo tho time scale in the Indian Administrative Service under the State Go- vernments in the Tablo, for the entry 'Orissa' occurring in the first column and the corresponding entries in the second and tnird olumns, the following shall be substituted, namely; —

G.S.R. 575 (£).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act, 1951 (61 of 1951), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Ad- ministrative Service (Cadre) Rules, 1954, the Central Govern- ment, in consultation with the Government of Orissa, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Administrative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regula- tions, 1955, namely:—
1. (1) These regulations may be called the Indian Adminis- trative Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) Twontielh Amend- ment Regulations. 197S.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica-
tion in the Official Ga7eite.
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Administrative Service
(Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations, 1955, for the head Ing 'Orissa'and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted, namely:—
