NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13ih December, 1978
S.O. 708(K).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Rritania Engineering Company Limited (Mokameh Unit) and the Arlhur Bultci and Company (Mozuffurpore) Limited (Acquisition and Trans- fer of Undertaking) Act, 1978 (41 of 1978), the Central Government hereby directs that the wagon and other undertakings owned by Messrs Britannia Engineering Company Limited at Mokameh, the undertakings owned by Messre. Arthur Butler and Company (Mozuffarpore) Limited and the right, title and interest of the said Companies in relation to the undertakings, referred to above, which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Act with effect from the 1st dny of April, 1978, shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Government, vest in the Government Company known as "flharat Wagon and Engineering Company Limited" with effect from the 8th day of December, 1978.
