F. N. ITC (HB)/78-79/Chapter XI,—Attention is invited to the provisions made in para 271pertainmg to Deicgistration of Exporters as contained in the Hand Booic of Import-Export Procedures, 1978-79, published under the Department of Commoce Public Notice No. 29—ITC (PN)/78 dated the 4th May, 1978.
2. The following amendments shall be deemed to have been made in the said para
