ORDER
New Delhi, the 20th December, 1978
S.O. 7l8(E)/I8FB/IDRA/78.—Whereas by the Order of
the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Depart- ment of Industrial Development), No, S. O- 826(H)/18FB/ 1DRA/76, dated the 23rd December, 1976 (hereinafter re- ferred to as the fiaid Order), the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the opera- tions of all or any of the contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of the said Older [oth^r than the liabilities to the Slate Bank of India to the extent of the amount outstanding on the clean cash credit limit guaranteed by the Government of Maharashtra and the amounts drawn by the mill against the cash credit account (ordinary) to the extent these are covered in the current assets] to which the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Pulgaon Cotton Mills Limited, Pulgaon is a party or which may be applicable to the said industrial undertaking shall remain suspended for " period of one year from such date and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said dale shall remain suspended for the said period ;
And whereas the duration of the said Order was extended
uplo and inclusive ui the 22nd December, 1978 ;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied lhat the duration of the said Order should be extended for a further period of one year;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1), read with sub-section (2), of section 18 VB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby ex- tends the duration of the said Order upto and inclusive of the 22nd December, 1979.
