NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th December, 1978

S. O. 719(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs (Department of Personnel and Administrative Reforms) No. S. O. 365(E) dated 23rd May, 1977 (relating to Commission of Inquiry consisting of Shri A. N. Grover) as sub- sequently amended, namely :—

"In paragraph 4 of the said notification for the words, figures and letters 'on or before the 31st day of December, 1978' the words, figures and letters 'on or before the 31st day of March, 1979' shall be
