PUBLIC NOTICE No. 78 ETC (PN)/78

New Delhi, the 21st December, 1978

Subject : Export of HPS Groundnuts during 1978-79,

No. 38/10/74/K. II.- -Attention is invited to the policy for export of HP! Groundnuts as contained in the Export Policy, 1978-79 published under the Depart ment of Commerce Public Notice No. 17-BTC(PN)/78, dated the 3rd April, 1978, 2. It has been decided to canalise the export of HPS Groundnuts (both ii shell and kernels) through, the National Agricultural Cooperative* Marketing lede ratioa of India Limited, New Delhi (NAFED). Exports by the canalising agenc; will be allowed within a specified ceiling. Thcreforo, the following amendment shall be made in the Export Policy, I97S-79:—

The existing Remark No. 1 shall be amended to read as under:— " 1. Export of HPS Groundnuts canalised. (See Annexure I)."' Annexure I, S. No. 5, 2, 39 Col. 4.
