ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st December, 1978

S.O, 721(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Es.'cntial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby directs that the power to make orders under clnnscs (d) and (f) of sub-section (2) of section 3 of the said Act shall, in relation to the cattle (odder of any of the varieties specified in the schedule here to annexed, be exercisable also by the Government of the State of Bihar in that Sta'e.

This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of iu publication in (he Gazette of India and ending with the 31st day of March 1979.
