सा०का० नि० 591 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा-शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियो का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , नीचे की सारणा में विनिदिष्ट और सीमा- शुल्क टैरिफ अधिनियम , 1975 ( 1975 का 51 ) के अध्याय 90 के अन्तर्गत भाने वाले माल को, जो मोटर उद्योग में परीक्षण के प्रयोजन के लिए बनाया गया है जब उनका भारत में प्रायात किया जाए , उन पर उक्त प्रथम भनुसूची में विनिविष्ट उवग्रहणीय सीमा शुल्क के उतने भाग से छूट देती है जो मूख्यानुसार शुल्क के 25 प्रतिशत से अधिक है ।

New Delhi , the 26th December , 1978
CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 591 (E) .-In еxегсічe of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962) , the Central Government , being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do , hereby exempts the goods specified in the Table below and falling within Chapter 90 of the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 ( 51 of 1975) , and are designed for testing purposes in the automo- tive industry, when imported into India , from so much of that portion of the duty of customs leviable thereon which is specified in the said First Schedule , as is in excess of 25 per cent ad valorem .

सा० का० नि० 592 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार . वित्त अधिनियम , 1978 (1978 का 19) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 4 ) के साथ पटित सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम की धारा 2 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि जोक हित में ऐसा करना प्रावश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्त्र विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० 96 -सीमा शुल्क, तारीख 12 मई, 1978 में निम्मलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात:--
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में क्रम से० 219 और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अन्तःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थातः

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), read with sub- section ( 4) of section 25 of the Finance Act, 1978 (19 of 1978) , the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 96- Customs , dated the 12th May, 1978 , namely :-
In the Schedule annexed to the said notification, after Serial No. 219 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be inserted, namely :-

सा ० फा० नि ० 593 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , सीमा- शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 25 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदश शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि लोक हित में ऐसा करना श्रावश्यक है , भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग) की अधिसूचना सं ० 172 सीमा- शुल्क तारीख 8 अगस्त, 1977 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात
उक्त अधिसूचना से उपाबद्ध सारणी में क्रमसं ० 4 के सामने स्तम्भ (4) में मव ( ii) और उससे सम्बद्ध प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित अंतःस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात:--
"( iii) फेराइट से बने पुजें । "

सा० का० नि० 594 ( अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार अधिनियम, 1969 ( 1969 का 54) की धारा 8 के साथ पठित धारा 67 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , एकात्रिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारिवृन्द के सदस्यों की भर्ती ) नियम, 1974 में और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है. अर्थात्ः--
1. ( 1) इन नियमो का नाम एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारिवृन्द के सदस्यों की भर्ती ) ( द्वितीय संशोधन ) नियम 1978 है ।
( 2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।

टिप्पण -1. अर्हतायें अन्यथा सुग्रहित अभ्यर्थियों की दशा में संघ लोक सेवा आयोग के विवेकानुसार शिथिल की जा सकती हैं ।

केन्द्रीय सरकार/ उच्चतम न्यायालय/ उच्च न्यायालय में सदृश पद धारण करने वाले अधिकारी या ऐसे अधिकारी जिन्होंने 550-900 ८० के या मम तुख्य बेतनमाम वाले पदों पर 3 वर्ष की नियमित सेवा कर ली है भौर जो सीधे भर्ती किये जाने वालों के लिये स्तम्भ 7 में अधिकथित श्रर्हतायें और अनुभव रखते
3. अवर सचिव (प्रशासन) कम्पनी कार्य विभाग- सदस्य । 4. उपयुक्त प्रास्थिति का कोई अधिकारी को अनुसूचित जाति/ अनुसूचित जनजाति का है
(प्रतनियुक्ति की अवधि साधारणतः 3 वर्ष से अधिक नहीं होगी ) ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 read with section 8 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Prac- tices Act , 1969 (54 of 1969 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices ( Recruitment of Members of Stail ) Rules , 1974 , namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These rules may be called the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (Recruitment of Members of Staff) (Second Amendment ) Rules , 1978 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
