S.O. 729(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consulta- tion with the Reserve Bank of India and Dena Bank, by which Kutch Gramin Bank has been sponsored, specifies Bhuj in the District of Kutch as the place where Kutch Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

O. 730(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of the sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Kutch Gramin Bank, being an institution established under sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act. 1976 (21 of 1976).
