S.O. 733(E).—Jn exercise of the powers conferred by section 5, read with sub-section (2) of section 27 of the Smugglers and Foreign Exchange Manipula- tor* (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), we Central' Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of (he Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insurance) No. S. O. 41(E) [No. 12O5'/F. No. 4I4/2/76-IT (Inv.)] dated the 15th January, 1976, nnmely :~

Tn the Table below the said notification, in column (2), against Serial No. 2, for the words and letters "'Shri R. L. Malhotra", the word* and letters "Shri N. Subrnmanian" shall be substituted.
