ORDER
New Delhi, the 26th December, 1978
S. O. 735(E)—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development No. S. O. 14(E) dated the 3rd Jan- uary, 1974 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as the Ghaziabad unit of Messrs. Hind Cycles Limited, Bombay, had been taken over for a period upto and inclusive of the 2nd January, 1979;
And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is in the public interest that the said Order should continue to have effect for a further period of two years;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by ihe proviso to sub- section (2) of section 18A of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period upto and inclusive of the 2nd January, 1981.
