2. The existing entry appearing in column 3 against S. No. 4(c)(ii) at page 11 of Kxport Policy Book, 197H-79 thai] be amended to read as under ;—•
"Export of only Tail Feathers of Peacock and articles made therefrom will be allowed wilhin a limited ceiling to the following categories of exporters ;—-
(i) Established exporters o[ peacock tail feathers on prorata basis of
their besiL year's exports selected by them out of the basic period,
(ii) State Foresrt Corporations and other Stale Agencies.
(iii) Exporters of manufactured articles in which peacock tail feathers have been used. They will not be allowed to export Peacock Tail Fea- thers alone.
