S.O. 73f.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952 (60 of 1952), the Central Government h e re by make* the following amendment in th© Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Home Affairs No. S. O. 375(E), dated 30th May, 1977 (relating to the Commission of Inquiry on Maruti Affairs), read with this Ministry's Notification Nos. S. O. 842(E), dated the 16th December, 1977 and S. O. 408(E) dated the 24th June, 1978, namely :—

In para 4 of the said notification, for tire words and figures "On or before 31st day of December, 1978" the words and figures "On or before 31st day of March, 1979" shall be substituted.
